Well, it’s that time of the year again! The holiday season is fast approaching, and with that comes the holiday shopping season! In the U.S., the holiday shopping season has traditionally begun on Black Friday, or the Friday after Thanksgiving, when retailers offer some of their best deals! However, nowadays, many retailers don’t wait until then to start offering Black Friday style specials, hence the emergence of the Early Black Friday or as Walmart calls it, “Deals For Days” sale.
This year, due to shipping issues and stock shortages, buying your gifts early may be the best bet! The longer you wait, the lower the chance you will get the stuff you want!
While not everything advertised is a good deal, or even worth buying at any price, there are already some good deals on hi-fi gear, and we’ve picked out the best stuff! Amazon has some great prices on some of ELAC and KEF’s best speakers, plus deals on Sennheiser’s best headphones. Their best deal right now is on the ELAC Debut 2.0 B6.2 Bookshelf Speakers at $288, which is over $100 off the regular price! It’s a great speaker for a starter hi-fi setup.
Crutchfield also has some excellent speaker deals, including a $500 deal (now $1,699.99 pair) on the excellent KEF R3 Bookshelf speakers which is a nice mid-price full-range option.
World Wide Stereo has some nice deals on headphones from Audeze and Shure, most notably the Shure AONIC 50 Wireless Over-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones for $299 which is $200 off the list price, and $100 off the street price.
