Arcam makes some of the best audio gear out there, so i’m excited to hear about their new HDA range they are showing at CES this year. The line is made up of 2 new integrated amps, both with digital inputs, ESS DAC chips, and learning back-lighted remotes.
Along with the 2 amps, they also have a new combination SACD/CD player/Network Streamer that supports FLAC,AAC, and numerous other file formats. The specs don’t say anything about DSD over the network, but since the unit plays SACD, I would hope it can stream DSD…but this will warrant further investigation…
